lots of rework on the login engine today. It handles both error conditions and invitations much better now. Oh, and bookmarklets finally work. Yippee.

Walking through the app with some one new. They just asked a good question. I agreed with them and turned on the functionality in less than a minute.

in addition to the great feedback that’s been coming in on the app as it stands, I had another great refactoring session earlier this afternoon. The next big push (this weekend Murphy willing) will resolve a number of issues - both bugs and general mindset. Right now I’m pondering the difference between straight-forward and simple.
