Why, it's Mr Recycle More, of course. Tower Hamlets' answer to Wall-E hit the streets of Spitalfields yesterday to preach the green gospel. If we've learned anything from the movies, he's sure to go bad, overthrow his masters and smash up the controversial market development in a telling victory for the little people, ironically delivered by a 15-foot fuchsia mechanoid. But before he does so, he'll be acting as an ambassador for the council's recycling campaign.

Mr More is built from from 33 recycling bins, with 'the support of the council's recycling contractor, Veolia'. He'll now spend his time 'visiting community days, in residential areas and estates'. Here he is putting the big purple willies up a few shoppers.
