Mail Factory is an office tool for designing and printing envelopes, postcards, address and shipping labels on your Macintosh. It’s flexible, intuitive, comes with ready-made designs, and gracefully uses merge printing for automating correspondence.

Mail Factory helps you to:

  • Send out letters or packages on regular basis.
  • Prepare and send out mass mailings.
  • Design special event postcards.
  • Get faster and accurate delivery of your correspondence.
  • Print address and shipping labels on a DYMO, Seiko and Brother printers.
  • Save on postage by sending mails at USPS automation rates.
  • Features at a Glance:

    Mail Merge
You can quickly print single envelopes and labels, or batch-print addresses from OS X Address Book,
    Entourage, Eudora, Now Contact,
MS Excel, FileMaker, vCards or tab-delimited text files. Use the built-in storages of
recipients’ and senders’ addresses to edit and store mailing lists.

    Advanced Mailing
Mail Factory prints USPS POSTNET, Canada Post and Royal Mail barcodes on labels and
envelopes to help expedite delivery, and correctly formats addresses for more than
50 countries. 15 address templates (corporate, personal and extended ones) simplify
    the process of address creation.
The unique Address Recognition feature allows you to paste an address as text from
other applications, and Mail Factory automatically
formats it to the postal standards and applies the barcode.

    Flexible Printing

Mail Factory supports labels from most popular companies, including Avery,
APLI, A–One, prints on DYMO (LabelWriter–series), Seiko (SLP–series) and
    Brother (QL–series) printers.
    Advanced merge printing functionality is
perfect for mass mailings. The convenient print dialog lets you make final editing
changes to the labels and envelopes, see which labels will be printed. Also, you can
choose the position of the label that you’re printing to, so you can re-use partially
    used label sheets.

This is a great, great app! I own it, along with BeLight’s other apps, and am very happy with it. It makes it very easy to produce labels and print a bunch of the same ones [or ones with different content]. I’ve used mailmerge in Word before, and all I’ve got to say is that Mail Factory makes it a lot easier to do the same thing [and provides a lot more features as well. There are also a ton of pre-made designs [and you can tweak them too]. A very high quality product, but coming from BeLight, I would not expect anything less. The fact the app still supports 10.2 is also pretty cool!

I’ve been using Mail Factory for nearly a year and it is indispensable to me. Only suggestion for improvement is a UI one - ditch the brushed metal. :-)

A “must buy” if you have any mailing labels you need to create. I’ve also used it for creating business cards, and even letterhead (8.5×11 “label”) with it’s mail-merge features.

It’s been a great product for my small business.

Add me to the list of folks very satisfied with this software. It’s a great way to make labels–one shots or mail-merged.

It’s a nice program, but for a casual, non-business user, I think that it would be a lot of money to pay to address envelopes and/or shipping labels, even at the $20 Promo price. EasyEnvelopes widget works just fine for occasional use, as does Word. The average household can get a lifetime supply of BIC stick pen “label addressing tools” for about a buck.

I agree with GaryD, if you don’t have to do A LOT of envelopes and labels, this is an expensive toy. On the other hand, I really like BeLight applications and own a couple of them. I wish they would offer a deal on a bundle for ALL their applications like Koingo Software does. I keep looking at Live Interior 3D and wanting it. I don’t know what I would use it for, but I WANT it.
