2 new features: export to opml and tag management

Posted on March 13, 2007

Another hot update to trawlr adding a couple of useful features for you.

  • OPML file export – so you can backup your feed list to file locally, and should you ever wish to use another RSS reader you can easily import your existing feeds.
  • Tag management – quite simply it allows you to rename and delete any feed tags

Have fun ;-)

    Feature Request

    Hi,

    what about an OpenId authentication to make registration and log in even easier?

    Regards Dieter

    it never seems to import my OPML. it always says that it is ‘processing’....am I doing something wrong?

    @codecraig

    I’ve had to temporarily suspend / slow down the opml import… the recent influx of new users (from the Ruby Inside article) was putting quite a strain on the server!

    If you just leave it waiting it will eventually get processed… hopefully you can come back in a day or so and all your feeds will be ready and waiting.

    worked great, all my feeds have been imported!

    one thing, I have a feature request: next to each feed display the number of ‘new’ items. that’d be great!
