As a Ruby On Rails developer at AlphaSights Ltd you will play a key role in developing an innovative web based system from the ground up in a fun and rewarding start-up environment. You will have the opportunity to get involved with the design process early on and help mould our product to become a market leader. You will have a good background in web based programming with a passion for Ruby and a flair for robust, clean coding. You will have a keen interest in agile development processes and be a strong, communicative team player.
