What you'll be doing:

We are looking for someone who groks webapps: someone who can inspire shock and awe with a wonderful interface and robust functionality.  You should be a guru, ninja, or something of equivalent awesomeness.  You will be helping to build a highly-interactive web application that does a lot of neat things with mobile phones. 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop the user interface and functionality for a Ruby on Rails-based web application
• Work with the rest of our team to help build a useful, usable, and scalable backend system.
• Continually improve our user experience by incorporating user feedback and optimizing our architecture

Requirements:
 

• Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (raw and with frameworks such as Prototype/Scriptaculous, jQuery, etc.)
• Ruby + Rails development experience
• Ability to create usable and pretty web interfaces
• Understanding of web security concepts such as SQL injections, XSS, etc.

Bonus Points:
 

• Good eye for design
• Photoshop/graphics skillz
• Automated test development experience
• Understanding of databases and other web backend concepts
